Lose the extra holiday weight!

Did you eat too much during the holidays? Were the pies, cookies and fudge too hard to turn down? Did you gain 5,10,15 lbs? If you answered yes to any of these, you're not alone!

On average, Americans gain 3-7 lbs from Halloween to New Year's Day. This leads to the ever-famous "lose weight" resolution. The problem is, people don't go about this goal the right way. They often go on a very rigid diet and exercise program - swearing off certain foods, working out 6 times a week and starving themselves. The key to sticking to a resolution is all about the plan. Don't start a diet! Instead, make a lifestyle change. Resolve to become a fit-minded, fit-bodied person!

I can help! My food and exercise plans easily fit into anyone's schedule and budget. I offer several different options, all you need to do is decide what's best for you. Check out the "Food and Body Menu" page to view the different plans. If you need help choosing, click on the "What Do I Need?" page to find out which plan will work best for you.
